I firmly believe in and stand behind my products at 100%. However, I understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. I am more than happy to provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
Before asking for a refund, please allow me to try and resolve any difficulties you are experiencing by opening a support ticket.
A couple of small points:
- I will process your refund as soon as I'm able to. In some cases, I might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days no refunds can be processed.
- I reserve the right to deny refund requests if I deem it necessary. (You must have a valid reason.)
- I cannot cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
